Online Order Return Policy
- We accept returns of products up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If an item is defective or the order was incorrectly fulfilled, we will either process the return for a refund, or ship you the correct product. We will cover return shipping cost.
- If you would like to return a product that is not defective or incorrectly fulfilled, you will have to provide return shipping costs. Additionally, we may add a 30% restocking fee onto the value of the return.
- Returns must be in new condition and not used. We do not accept returns on used items unless the item is defective.
